Important Dates

Last day to register to vote or Change Party affiliation by mail or online.

Note: Voters may us Same Day Registration at voting locations to register to vote

The first day absentee ballots can be mailed to voters (who have submitted an absentee application), and the first day of Early Voting (at the county clerk’s office).

            Early voting begins at Voter Convenience Centers (VCCs) around New Mexico.

            Last day to request an absentee ballot

Saturday, November 5, 2022

            Last Day of Early Voting

Tuesday, November 8, 2022 – Election Day!

Voting polls open at 7:00 am and close at 7:00 pm
            If you are in line before 7:00 pm, you have the right to vote after 7:00 pm
            All Absentee Ballots must be received by 7:00 pm on Election Day
